We coordinate with your primary veterinarian to ensure continuity of care while serving in the time of need.

About

Doctor Edgardo Ordóñez Jones was born and raised in Southern California. Dr. Ordóñez (or-doh-niyez) or Dr. OJ, completed his veterinary medical training at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2022 after which he began his veterinary medical career in Bakersfield, California.

Dr. Ordóñez’s professional interests include equine internal medicine, field surgery, podiatry and emergency and critical care. Dr. Ordóñez believes in providing high quality compassionate veterinary care always seeking to honor both client and patient’s best interests.

When Dr. Ordóñez isn’t serving Kern county’s animals and clients he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, enjoying local hikes and running or biking around town.
